The Better West Midlands -Response to Redundancyprogramme can offer you and/or your staff funded advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to help prepare for a new job, a new career or business start-up after redundancy.
The programme provides:
One-to-one advice and guidance where we will discuss your options with you.
During the confidential one-to-one session you will receive career guidance and you will formulate a career and job search action plan.
The session can be scheduled at your place of work or off-site.
- Employability skills training including CV writing, interview techniques or job search training.
- Funded Training to help you prepare for your new job.
If you have identified training or up-skilling in your action plan agrant may be availableto assist you with the associated training costs. The training may include assistance with business start-up, change of career orexecutive career coaching.
